The Merlina Project collaboration with performing artist, Liza Jesse Peterson and the legendary, Nona HENDRYX is a true example of collaborative workflow and the Rebel Media approach in action. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, with theaters and performance spaces closed, the Merlina project employs “cinematic theater” to create a life performance film experience.
Merlina has now been official selected and screen at HARLEM INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 2021; MONTREAL INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL; NEW YORK NO LIMITS FILM SERIES and NEW YORK INDIE SHORT (WINNER - Best Experimental Short )
